Necessary products:

5 eggs

1 cup fresh milk

2 tablespoons sugar

pinch of salt

2 sec. l. oil

2 tbsp raisins

If you do not want a sweet and salty omelet - increase the salt and do not add sugar at all and you can replace the raisins with olives, pickles, smoked meat or anything else of your choice.

Method of preparation:

Grease a pan with softened butter, sprinkle with raisins. Then mix the eggs and sugar, add a little salt, add the cold milk and beat with a mixer at high speed. The more you beat the eggs with the milk, the fluffier the omelet will be, so don't complain. You should get fluffy foam from the eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan and quickly bake in the oven at 160 degrees (it takes 30 minutes).

The pan in which you bake should be high, because the egg mixture increases during baking.

For the first 15 minutes, do not open the oven to prevent the omelette from falling.

The finished dish goes perfectly with fruit, dried fruit, cream or yogurt.

Enjoy your meal!
