Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Cut one of the crusts in the middle, grease half with oil and sprinkle with sugar, put the other half of the crust on top. Repeat again with 1 more crust, placing it on the first pair. In total you need to make 4 identical marshes from the barks, each with 4 layers.
Bake the crusts until crispy and golden for 8-12 minutes. Allow them to reach room temperature and cool for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In a bowl, mix the honey with the tahini. Add the cream and mix gently. Refrigerate until it's time to use it.
Assemble the dessert, alternating crust and cream, ending with crust. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with crushed halva and garnish with raspberries.
