Necessary products

For the pancakes:

  • 500 milliliters of yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt and soda
  • 1.5 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried fruit of your choice

For topping:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  •

Method of preparation :

Warm the yoghurt slightly and dissolve the salt, sugar and soda in it. Beat the eggs, add them to the yoghurt, then add the flour, beat well so that there are no lumps. Finally, pour in the milk and oil.

From this dough, bake thin pancakes, greasing the pan with butter before each.

Make the filling by mixing the curd with the eggs, sugar and the dried fruit scalded with hot water (to soften).

Prepare the topping, for which you need to beat the eggs with sour cream and sugar.

At one end of each pancake put about 1 tablespoon of the filling and roll. Arrange them tightly in a spiral in a greased pan, starting from the center of the dish.

Pour the mixture of cream, sugar and eggs, place in a preheated 180 degree oven and after 25-30 minutes the pancake pie will be ready for consumption.

You can serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Enjoy!
