Required products :

  • 900 grams of sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120 grams of cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons ground almonds
  • small bunch of coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot red pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 4 hamburger cakes (wholemeal)
  • 4 iceberg leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 25 grams of tortilla chips, crushed

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Season the potatoes with salt and roll them in olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes, until soft and browned.

Knead them while they are still warm, directly in the pan in which you baked them. Transfer to a large bowl along with the rice, almonds, coriander and half of the basil and pepper. Season to taste and shape 4 burgers of the same size.

Arrange them in a pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining hot pepper and yogurt and season.

Assemble the hamburger by placing a sweet potato meatball on top of the loaves, a little lettuce, milk sauce and avocado on top. Finally, sprinkle with a little crushed chips and serve.
