Required products :

  • 1 kg of sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 grams of ginger
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 5 tablespoons cooking cream
  • 1 orange
  • parsley

Method of preparation :

Peel half of the potatoes, rinse with water and cut into large cubes. Peel the garlic, ginger and onion and cut them into small cubes. Clean the chili peppers from the seeds and saturate. Rinse and dry the chicken breasts.

In a large saucepan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry for 3-4 minutes potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and chili peppers. Then pour 1 liter of water, add the chicken and cook under a lid for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the remaining potatoes, cut them into thin circles and fry for a minute or two on both sides in a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot olive oil. Add salt and remove on paper to drain excess olive oil.

Remove the breasts from the pan, let cool slightly, remove the skin and bones (if any), cut the meat into cubes and fry until golden in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Roast sesame seeds in a dry pan and roll the pieces of breast in the seeds.

Pour the cream and orange juice into the soup, then puree using a blender. Season to taste and distribute on a plate.

Just before serving, add potato chips and chicken pieces in sesame seeds to each serving. You can decorate with parsley leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
