How To Cook Sweet Potatoes With Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of sweet potatoes
  • 250 milliliters of whole cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tea cup homemade broth / vegetable or chicken /
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 4 fresh sage leaves, cut in half
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • lubricating oil

Method of preparation :

  • In a small saucepan, mix the cream, broth, garlic and sage. Stir and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until small bubbles begin to form at the end.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about 6 millimeters thick.
  • Arrange them in a greased pan and pour the warm cream over them, using a sieve to remove the garlic and sage.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cheese with the yellow cheese and sprinkle with the potatoes.
  • Continue to bake them uncovered for 20-30 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and begins to bubble.
  • Leave to stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
