How To Cook Sweet Puff Pastry Pie With Cottage Cheese And Raisins - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sweet puff pastry with cottage cheese and raisins". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 500 grams of high-fat cottage cheese
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of seedless raisins
  • a little salt

Method of preparation :

Allow the dough to thaw, during which time make the filling.

Thoroughly mash the curd with a fork, add sugar, a little salt and stir (you can use a blender for this purpose).

In the resulting sweet mass put 2/3 of the beaten eggs, and the rest will be needed to spread on the pie.

The filling should not be too thick, if it is obtained, add 1 more egg. In case it is very liquid - put a little semolina, which will swell and give the desired consistency.

Roll out the already thawed dough twice. Spread the curd on its surface, which you have just mixed with the raisins. Leave about an inch of space at the edges of the base that you do not cover with the filling.

Make a roll, pinch its ends and place it in a tray, forming a spiral, starting to roll from the middle to the walls of the vessel.

Brush with egg, pierce the surface in several places with a fork and bake the pie in the oven until ready (approximately 50 minutes).

The filling is delicious and with dried apricots, of course, you can use any dried fruit.

Enjoy your meal!
