How To Cook Sweet Puff Pastry Pie With Cottage Cheese And Vanilla - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of ready-made puff pastry
  • 700-800 grams of cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs (two for the filling and 1 for spreading the dough)
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Pre-thaw the dough.

Make the filling by beating the two eggs with the sugar (including the vanilla) and the butter, then add to the curd and stir. You can use various favorite products as an additive, for example: raisins, dried apricots, coconut shavings.

 

Roll out the dough, cut it into three long pieces with a width of about 8-10 centimeters each. Roll again, the width should reach 13-15 centimeters.

 

Spread the sweet filling on the puff pastry by placing it in the middle. Then close the edges. You will receive 3 rolls.

 

Arrange them in a round pan, which you have previously greased with butter.

 

Spread the surface with the third egg, which you have beaten with a pinch of sugar.

 

Bake the pie at 180 degrees. About 30-40 minutes are enough to be ready. Watch because the puff pastry bakes quickly.
