Necessary products:

1.5 kilograms of pumpkin

300 - 400 grams of sugar

100 - 200 grams of ground walnuts

cream or 4 tablespoons tahini paste

Method of preparation:

You can make such a pumpkin in two ways - to bake or to boil. First, peel the pumpkin, clean it from the seeds and cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick. Put a layer of pumpkin in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and pour water. Close the pan with a lid and let the pumpkin cook for about 50-60 minutes on low heat until soft.

Another option is to sprinkle the pumpkin with sugar and leave it overnight. The next day, bake in the oven without pouring water into the pan. It takes about an hour at 180 degrees.

When the finished pumpkin cools, pour the syrup obtained during cooking, add tahini paste or just sprinkle with crushed walnuts.

Enjoy!
