How To Cook Sweet Rice Casserole With Carrots, Fruits And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of rice
500 milliliters of fresh milk
300 grams of carrots
100 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
300 grams of apples
100 grams of raisins
3 vinyl eggs
50
grams of breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in the milk until a paste is obtained.

Peel the carrots, grate them with a coarse grater.

Peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds and cut into small cubes.

Pour warm water over the raisins until soft, then drain the liquid.

Add butter, sugar, egg yolks, carrots, fruit and vanilla to the rice porridge. Stir thoroughly.

Beat the egg whites separately and then mix with the other products.

Distribute the resulting mixture evenly in a greased pan, sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
