This dessert will probably take you back to your childhood :)

Required products :

  • 300-400 grams of ordinary biscuits
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons topped with cocoa (about 40 grams)
  • 5-6 tablespoons fresh milk or cream with a fat content of 10%
  • 1 cup walnuts (about 100 grams)

Method of preparation:

Finely grind half of the biscuits and break the other half into small pieces. Mix them, add the crushed walnuts to them.

Then take a small saucepan, pour in the cocoa and sugar (instead of cocoa you can use hot chocolate powder). Mix them, pour the milk, mix thoroughly until smooth and leave on low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to avoid burning. When the milk boils, turn off the stove, leave the mixture on it for another 2 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the butter into cubes, add it to the cocoa mass and stir until completely melted and a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Then pour into the bowl with the biscuits, mix well. Spread a sheet of foil or baking paper (preferably paper) and put the resulting combination of biscuits and cocoa. The look is strange, but the taste ...

So, wrap some of the mixture in foil / paper, shape into a roll and wrap the ends like candy. Repeat this until the mixture is done. Put the "salami" in the refrigerator or freezer, after 2-3 hours take them out, cut into pieces and enjoy the great taste.

Enjoy!
