Required products :

400 grams of plain biscuits
180 grams of butter
150 grams of walnuts
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons fresh milk
1 tablespoon cognac
vanilla

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the milk with the sugar and cocoa, add the butter, cut into pieces and place on the stove. Once the combination boils, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Once this is done, add the egg, cognac, vanilla and beat everything thoroughly.
Roast the walnuts lightly, then grind them. Crush the biscuits and add them to the sweet mixture together with the nuts.
Stir and spread on plastic wrap. Shape into a sausage and refrigerate the dessert for 2-3 hours to set.
