Required products :
200 grams plain biscuits
1/2 teaspoon water or milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon cognac
80 grams coconut shavings
80 grams butter
80 grams powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
Break the biscuits into a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour the water / milk, add the cognac, granulated sugar and cocoa. Put on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil. When this happens, pour it over the biscuits and stir. Then spread an even layer on baking paper.
Add the coconut shavings and powdered sugar to the butter, stir and place the resulting filling on the chocolate base. Form a roll, which is stored in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
