How To Cook Sweet Salami With Nuts, Carrots, Apples And Chocolate Cream - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams peeled carrots
2/3 teaspoon cane sugar
1 apple
120 grams butter
200 grams biscuits
50 grams almonds
25 grams peanuts
3 tablespoons condensed milk
vanilla
1/4 teaspoon grated dried ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For cream:

100 grams of dark chocolate
1/3 tea cup liquid cream

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled carrots as finely as possible. Sprinkle them with sugar and add 70 grams of butter. Put the pan on low heat and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the peeled, seeded and grated apple. Stir and leave the combination on the hob for another 10 minutes.

Using a blender, grind half of the biscuits and break the rest into small pieces. Cut the nuts coarsely with a knife.

Remove the carrot mass from the heat and pour in the ground biscuits. Stir and add the nuts and the remaining biscuits to this dough. Stir and place the dough on a sheet of parchment. Form a roll and store in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

Make a cream glaze by mixing in a suitable bowl the cream and the broken pieces of chocolate. Place on the hob and stir until smooth. Allow to cool.

When you take out the dessert, pour the glaze over it and put it back in the fridge so that it can set.

The roll is ready. Cut and submit.
