How To Cook Sweet Semolina Bites With Fresh Milk And Caramel - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sweet semolina bites with fresh milk and caramel". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 liter of fresh milk
200-250 grams of semolina
1 egg
10-20 grams of vanilla sugar
5-10 tablespoons of crystal sugar
20 grams of butter

For caramel:

20 grams of butter
2-3 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation :

Boil a thick porridge of semolina and milk. Add the egg, both types of sugar and mix well. Cover the dish with foil and allow the mixture to cool.

Then cut into cubes or random pieces, fry on both sides in hot oil until a golden brown crust forms on the surface.

In a separate bowl, melt the caramel butter, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and stir until a dark golden mass (about 10-15 minutes). Pour the semolina bites with it and serve the dessert.
