If you want to reduce your carbohydrate intake, we suggest you make spaghetti from sweet potatoes. They are very useful and full of nutrients. The dish is prepared very quickly and can impress even the most demanding.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes - a mix of different colors
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon edible yeast
  • 180 grams of halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • broccoli - about 300 grams
  • 500 grams of sweet potatoes (cut with a spiral)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil leaves
  • lemon slices per serving

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, grease a pan and cover it with paper.

Spread the tomatoes on top and lightly grease them with olive oil. Bake for 12 minutes until soft.

Combine red pepper and nutritional yeast, sprinkle with cheese and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic with the lemon zest for 30 seconds. Add chopped broccoli and 2 tablespoons water, cook 3 minutes, until done.

Meanwhile, put the potato spaghetti in a bowl, pour water and heat in the microwave, covered with a plate for about 6 minutes (you can cook in a saucepan).

In a pan lightly greased with olive oil, bake the cheese until golden - about 30 seconds.

Serve the noodles with the cheese and roasted tomatoes.
