Required products :
200 grams of spinach
3 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons flour
1 packet baking powder
100 grams
vanilla oil
For the cream:
2 teaspoons fresh milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
100 grams whipped cream
Preparation :
Wash and chop the spinach, put in a pan, place on the stove until the liquid evaporates. Then puree with a blender. Beat the eggs with the sugar with a mixer for about 4 - 5 minutes, add the oil, green puree, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix everything with a wooden spatula and pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and the time is about 40 minutes.
Cut the edges of the finished loaf and grind them in a blender to obtain crumbs. You will sprinkle the cake with them at the end.
Make a cream. To do this, place a suitable container on the stove and pour the milk in it, add the sugar, add the flour. Let everything boil until thickened. Then cool and mix with the whipped cream.
Cut the marshmallows horizontally but into two parts and glue them with the resulting cream. Cover with the milk combination and the surface of the cake, sprinkle with spinach crumbs.
The dessert is ready.
