Required products :
several wafer shells
400 grams of cheese or cottage cheese
1 - 2 egg yolks
100 - 200 grams of raisins (but not more)
sugar to taste (you can not use if you prefer salty)
vanilla or vanilla sugar to taste
1 egg for spreading
vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Mix the cottage cheese / cheese with the yolks, add the raisins, which you have previously soaked in warm water until soft. Then season with sugar, vanilla and stir.
Spread the resulting filling on the wafer shells and glue them in half. Cut into squares, circles or other shapes, dip in the beaten egg and fry until golden (you can also bake if you prefer).
