Learn how to cook "Syrupy cupcakes with rum, raisins and chocolate glaze (without eggs)". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of flour (100 whole grains)
250 milliliters of milk
60 milliliters of oil
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 grams raisins
80 milliliters of rum
For the syrup:
50 milliliters of rum, the remaining
100 grams of raisin syrup
For the glaze:
1 teaspoon cocoa
2 teaspoons boiling water
40 grams powdered sugar
1-2 drops of oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them briefly, then pour it off and add the rum. You stay like that overnight. The next day, pour off the rum that the raisins have not eaten and save it for the syrup.
Make the dough. First mix the flour with the sugar, add the salt, vanilla sugar and yeast. In the dry combination, pour the raisins, which are good to roll in flour beforehand. Then pour in the fresh milk (slightly warmed) and the oil. Knead the dough and leave it for an hour and a half to rise. It will be sticky, but will separate from the walls of the vessel.
You need to double your volume.
Grease your hands with oil, break off the dough and fill muffin tins with it.
Place them in the oven for 45 minutes to rise, then bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Make the syrup by mixing the rum left over from the raisins with the jam syrup.
While the finished cupcakes are still hot, take them out of the tins and put 1 tablespoon of the sweet liquid on the bottom, put the muffins back in place and leave for a few hours to absorb the syrup.
It's time for the glaze. Pour the cocoa into a bowl, pour the water, add the powdered sugar, 1-2 drops of oil and stir. Immediately after that, coat the surface of the cupcakes with the finished coating.
Enjoy your meal!
