Required products :

500 grams of quinces
200 grams of sugar
125 grams of mascarpone
100 milliliters of liquid cream
750 milliliters of water + sugar to taste for making syrup
12 cloves
4 tablespoons grenadine syrup / pomegranate syrup

Method of preparation :

Make a syrup by mixing the water and sugar in a suitable bowl and bring to the boil.

 

Peel the quinces and drive the cloves over the surface. Put the fruit in the syrup to boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool without removing them from the sweet liquid.

 

Beat the mascarpone together with the sugar and cream.

 

Remove the fruit to a plate without draining the syrup. Put the gentle cream on them and pour grenadine. Another option for serving the dessert is to distribute the mascarpone in suitable cups, bowls or other molds, and on it - pieces of quince syrup.
