Required products :

6 eggs

1 teaspoon flour

3 tea cups sugar (1 for the dough + 2 tea cups for the cream)

100 grams of dark chocolate

1 tablespoon fresh milk

1 tablespoon leavening agent

400 milliliters of whipping cream

200 grams of butter

250 grams of boiled condensed milk

200 grams of walnuts

oil to grease the baking dish

breadcrumbs to sprinkle on the baking dish

For the syrup:

200 milliliters of water

1 teaspoon (topped) coffee

1 tablespoon amaretto or a few drops of caramel extract

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Pour the leavening agent over the flour.

Pour the milk with the chocolate and melt in the microwave. Then add to the eggs and beat with a mixer on low speed. It's time for the flour, mix everything well.

Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture and bake the marshmallows at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut to obtain two thinner marshes.

Make syrup. Put the water on the stove when it boils, add the coffee and caramel drops. Syrup the marshmallows.

Whip the cream with the sugar, spread evenly on one tray, then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the condensed milk with the butter and walnuts. Cover the second loaf with the resulting cream.

Take out the one you put in the fridge and turn the marshmallows with the butter cream on it.

You can now decorate the cake of your choice or just pour melted chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts.

Enjoy!
