Required products :

  • 400-500 grams of flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk (maybe more)
  • 3 tablespoons liquid cream or yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 milliliters of honey syrup

For optional decoration:

  • 1 teaspoon dissolved in water saffron (for golden crust)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 100 grams of pistachios

Method of preparation :

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, cornstarch, yeast and salt). Add yogurt and milk to them, stir to make a pancake batter, which you leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Heat oil or put the dough in it, scooping it out with a teaspoon. You can use a deep fryer to fry the donuts.

Once they turn golden, remove them on paper to absorb excess fat. When this happens, pour honey syrup over them.

Arrange beautifully in a flat dish and can decorate with sesame seeds or crushed pistachios.

Submit them warm.

Enjoy your meal!
