Required products :

500 grams of peeled peel
1 teaspoon of corn oil
4 eggs
5 teaspoons of sugar (3 cups for the dough and 2 for the syrup)
200 grams of yogurt
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
4 oranges
2.5 teaspoons water (for the syrup)
1 lemon

 

Method of preparation :

Make syrup from the water and 2 cups of sugar, add the grated zest of two oranges and lemon. Once the mixture boils, cook for 10 minutes and allow to cool.

 

Cut the crusts with your hands and place the pieces in a tray measuring approximately 30 x 30 cm (you can also use a round shape with a diameter of 36 cm).

 

Beat the butter with a mixer with 1 cup of sugar, add the baking powder, yogurt, eggs and other orange peels (grated). Beat everything and spread the mixture on the crusts.

 

Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. A golden crust should form.

 

When you take out the pie, immediately syrup it with the cooled sweet liquid and cut it into pieces.

 

You can serve with ice cream.
