Necessary products

For the dough:

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons yogurt
peel and juice of 1 lemon


For syrup:

2/3 teaspoon water
1 1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
peel of 1 lemon or orange

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a pale cream. Add the flour, then the yogurt, grated lemon peel and citrus juice. Smash everything.

Beat the egg whites separately and then add to the resulting mixture.

Pour the dough into a greased pan with a diameter of 22-23 centimeters and bake in a preheated oven to 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes. A souffle-like pie is obtained.

 

Deal with the syrup. Pour the water into a suitable container. Bring to the boil and when done, add the sugar, lemon juice and grated zest. After 3-5 minutes, remove from the heat and allow the sweet liquid to cool enough to store in the refrigerator. Once cool, pour over the pie.
