How To Cook Syrupy Semolina Cake With Cream And Almonds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of semolina
  • 500 grams of sour cream (20% fat)
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • about 250 grams of almonds for decoration

For syrup :

  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 250 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Mix the semolina and sour cream (you can do this directly in the baking dish).

 

Pour in the melted butter.

 

With wet hands (or use a wet spoon) carefully spread the resulting dough on the bottom of the pan.
