2/3 teaspoon water
1 1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
peel of 1 lemon or 1 orange

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a white cream. Add the flour, then the yoghurt, the grated lemon peel and the citrus juice. Smash everything.

Beat the egg whites separately and then add to the yogurt mixture.

Pour the resulting "dough" into a greased with a suitable form with a diameter of about 22-23 centimeters and bake in a preheated oven to 175 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.

The dessert resembles a souffle, turn it over on a flat dish.

Bring the water for the syrup to a boil. When this happens, pour the sugar into it, add the lemon zest and juice and let the liquid boil for 3 minutes. Let cool enough to store in the refrigerator to cool.

Syrup the dessert and serve.
