No flour is used to make tacos, only gouda, edam or parmesan cheese.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 170 grams of grated gouda cheese (edam or parmesan)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 230 grams minced turkey meat (or minced chicken)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • lettuce leaves cut into strips
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Drain the tomato sauce well.

Make three piles of grated cheese in the pan on baking paper at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Press with your fingers to make a circle 1.5 cm in diameter in each pile. Bake in the oven until golden for (about 12 minutes). Remove and cool.

Scrape off the melted cheese with a flexible spatula and pour over a thick and round wooden handle (or other large cooking utensil) to form a tortilla. Both ends of the spoon should be placed on the cup evenly. Make 3 more tortillas and let them set for at least 5 minutes.

Heat the avocado oil (or olive oil) and fry the turkey mince (or chicken mince), chili powder, lemon zest and salt, stirring for 5-6 minutes, until the minced meat is cooked, then pour into a bowl.

Garnish each tortilla with lettuce, turkey mixture, avocado and tomato sauce. Serve with sour cream.
