Necessary products: 

  • 100 grams of tagliatelle
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 50 grams of mushrooms
  • 50 grams of pork
  • 10 grams of cooked broccoli
  • 80 grams of cream 30%
  • yellow cheese to taste
  • parmesan to taste
  • soy sauce to taste

Method of preparation:

Grease a small pumpkin, cleaned of the soft part and the seeds, with oil (inside and out), put it in a preheated oven and bake lightly. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water. Heat oil in a pan and add the pork, cut into small pieces. When it turns white, add the soy sauce. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and stir. It's time for the cream and you mix again. Followed by grated Parmesan cheese and yellow salt. Add concentrated dry broth. Then mix the tagliatelle with the sauce and stir. Fill the "pot" of pumpkin with this mixture. Garnish with broccoli and sprinkle with parmesan.

Place the dish in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted (but should not be baked).
