Have you tried adding tahini to your pastries? If you haven't, now is the time to do it. Combine with oatmeal and banana. If you want the muffins to be gluten-free, choose gluten-free nuts.

Required products :

  • 60 grams of butter (melted)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 well-ripened bananas, smeared
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 tea cups oatmeal

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 170 degrees.

Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix with a wire to obtain a uniform creamy mixture (you can also mix with a mixer).

Add the eggs, vanilla, bananas, tahini, and milk, combine again.

Finally, add the salt and cinnamon, make sure you mix all the products very well.

Add the oatmeal in portions and stir with a spoon. The mixture should become thick but still moist.

Line 8 muffin tins with paper and lightly grease them with butter.

Spread the dough between them and bake for 45 minutes until the muffins are golden.
