Required products :

  • 500 grams of tangerines
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 250 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

  • Wash the tangerines thoroughly and peel them.
  • Remove the seeds and skins from the slices and grate the bark.
  • Heat the pieces of fruit, grated peel, lemon juice and sugar in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Try the jam and add more sugar if needed.
  • Cook to the desired density.
  • Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before transferring to clean glass jars.
  • Close the lids tightly and preserve the jam for 20 minutes in boiling water.
  • Serve with toasted slices, pancakes or other, to taste.
