Required products :

  • butter dough for pie
  • 5 eggs
  • 275 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 12 leaves of sage, 5 of them cut into very small pieces
  • 3 teaspoons blueberry sauce
  • 200 grams of blueberries
  • 150 grams of goat cheese, cut into circles
  • a little cream

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Grease a round pan and line it with baking paper.

Roll out the pie dough and place it in the pan, shape the corners. Punch with a fork and place a sheet on top, and pour grains of your choice (rice, beans, lentils) on it. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the paper with the grains and bake for another 5 minutes until the loaf is firm to the touch.

To make the filling, mix the eggs mixed with the cream, milk and finely chopped sage leaves.

Reduce the oven temperature to 170 degrees (if with a fan blower, to 150). Spread with blueberry sauce marshmallows, put the blueberries, and pour the filling on top, on which arrange the circles of goat cheese.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, and in the last 10 minutes put the whole sage leaves.

Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve the dessert warm.
