How To Cook Tart With Chives And Tomato Sauce With Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 3 whole eggs + 1 yolk
  • 3/4 teaspoon cream
  • for the dough:
  • 1 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 125 grams of cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg

for salsa:

  • 1 small red kamba, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons capers

Method of preparation :

Prepare the marshmallows by grinding the flour and butter in a food processor to make crumbs. Add the egg and 1 tablespoon of cold water, as well as half a teaspoon of salt. Pulse several times to form a ball.

Transfer the dough to a bag or wrap in foil and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Grease a rectangular tray with detachable trays (use another shape if desired) and line with paper.

Spread the dough in it and pierce with a fork, then cool again for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and on the dough put a sheet of parchment paper, pour raw rice into it. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the paper with the grains and bake for another 5-8 minutes until the marshmallows become crispy and golden.

Reduce the oven temperature to 170 degrees.

Sprinkle the chopped chives on the marsh.

Beat the eggs + yolk, add the cream and season to taste. Pour the mixture over the onion and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Allow the tart to cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, mix the salsa products. Sprinkle with it and the capers the already cooled tart.

Slice and serve.
