Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of butter dough
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 200 grams of chopped olives
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, prepare a pie tin and spread the dough. Squeeze the dough with your palms so that it takes the shape of the bowl and remove the edges.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions, tomatoes and oregano. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add the puree, mustard and stir.

Season with basil and stew for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture and distribute it in the pan. Sprinkle with olives and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, cut the vegetable tart and serve.
