Required products :

  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 400 grams of frozen spinach
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 200 grams of ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Method of preparation :

Thaw the puff pastry, spread it on the bottom of a pan and pierce with a fork in several places.

Cover the base with a sheet of parchment and pour beans on it or put another weight so that the dough does not swell during baking.

Place in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, stew the spinach (without thawing it) in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When ready, add the cream, parmesan and ricotta.

Spread the filling on the baked base and return to the oven for another 25 minutes.

The tart is served cold.
