How To Cook Tartar Meatballs With Pickles And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of minced meat of your choice

1 teaspoon water

2 onions

2 - 3 cloves of garlic

dry spices to taste: black pepper, paprika, oregano, coriander and others

2 slices of bread

breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Grind or finely chop the onion and garlic, add them to the minced meat.

Dip the bread in the water, drain, add the spices and knead. If necessary, add water.

Cut the cucumbers and yellow cheese into small pieces or strips.

Make flat cakes in the palm of your hand from the minced meat, put the stuffing and shape the meatballs. Roll each in breadcrumbs and arrange in a greased pan. Pour a little fat on their surface and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until done (about 20 - 25 minutes).
