Necessary products:

 

  • 800 grams of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 350 grams of bacon
  • 150 milliliters of white wine
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 grams of soft cheese

 

Method of preparation:


Peel and slice the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 7-8 minutes. Heat the butter and put the sliced ​​onion in half, add the bacon and fry.

Arrange a row of potatoes in a greased pan, and spread the stuffing on them, repeat several times and finish with potatoes.

In a bowl pour the wine, cream, season with pepper and salt to taste, stir, pour the mixture and crush the cheese.
