Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of lemon jam


Method of preparation:


Mix and beat the egg, butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Stir, make dough and wrap in cling film. Let it rest for 20 minutes, then roll out the crust, cut out flowers with the help of a mold and arrange in a mini muffin tin.
