Necessary products:

1 pack of ready-made shortcrust pastry

2 red onions

150 grams of feta cheese

2 eggs

6-7 sprigs of fresh or dried thyme

125 ml thick cream

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the onion into semicircles and fry it in hot olive oil until golden. Add thyme leaves, salt, pepper and remove from the heat.

Cut the feta cheese into small pieces.

Roll out the dough thinly and with the help of a cup cut circles out of it. Place each of them in baking tins.

Beat the eggs with the cream (with a mixer) until a homogeneous mixture, add salt and pepper.
