Required products (for 8 baskets)

For the dough:

250 grams of flour

125 grams of butter

1 egg

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

2 large tomatoes

150 grams of mozzarella

1 egg

2/3 - 1 teaspoon cream

parsley leaves

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the butter on a coarse grater (it must be frozen for this purpose), mix it with the sifted flour and grind with your hands to get crumbs. Beat the egg with the cream, add salt, add the flour and butter and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Make the filling. Make a slight cross-cut on the rounded part of the tomatoes, put them in a deep bowl and pour hot water. After 5 - 7 minutes, pour cold water and peel their skin. Cut into cubes and pour into a sieve to drain off excess liquid.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Beat the egg, add the cream and mix well. Add salt.

Grease molds with oil, sprinkle with flour. If you use silicone, skip this point (just spray the molds with water). Spread the dough evenly on the bottom and walls. Put the tomatoes on the entire surface, top with diced mozzarella and parsley leaves. Fill each of the baskets with 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture of egg and cream. Bake the tartlets in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
