Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons black tea

  • 50 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Boil the tea in 2 cups of water, leave to brew and strain. Pour the liquid into a saucepan, add the wine and heat the mixture to about 70 degrees. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest (the latter can be sliced ​​or grated), pour the remaining water and cook for about 3 minutes.
