Required products :
1-2 sprigs of leek
1 clove of garlic
1-2 pickles
2 pieces of chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon dry white wine
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon water, vegetables or chicken broth
4 tablespoons frying
oil 25 grams of butter if desired
Method of preparation :
Cut leeks into circles, place them in a bowl of water, rinse, then remove on paper.
Pour the flour into a flat bowl.
Cut each piece of breast in half to make 4 servings. Wrap them in plastic wrap and knock. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a suitable pan, roll the chicken in flour and fry in fat for about 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Remove to a plate and fry the leeks in the same oil. Add finely chopped garlic, and 30 seconds later pour the wine. After 1-2 minutes, add the water / broth, chopped cucumbers, a piece of butter if desired and ground black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, taste and add more salt if necessary.
After 7-10 minutes, put the chicken breasts in the sauce, close the pan with a lid and let them cook for about 3-5 minutes.
The dish is ready.
