Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • frying fat
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • boiled white rice or stewed broccoli

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Heat the fat in a yok pan and fry the meat until golden.

Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds and mix the ingredients with a swirling motion. Continue cooking until the sauce caramelizes and thickens.

When ready, divide the bites into portions, garnish with sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve and eat them.
