How To Cook Terrine With Smoked Salmon And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Terrine with smoked salmon and cream cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of smoked salmon, cut into thin slices
  • 200 grams of salmon fillet
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • peel and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, drained and cut into small cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • dill for garnish
  • French grapes for garnish
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, smoked salmon pieces and cucumber cubes and stir the mixture.

Cover a rectangular pan with foil. Line the salmon fillet on the walls and bottom. Pour the cream cheese mixture, cover with salmon, shape and cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Garnish with dill and raisins. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
