Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon warm water
  • lubricating oil

For garnish :

  • ice cream or whipped cream
  • fresh fruit
  • sprigs of mint

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a 20 cm square baking dish with oil.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the cake batter into the form and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
  • Allow the marsh to cool completely and cut it into squares.
  • Garnish with ice cream or whipped cream, fresh fruit and fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve with a smile! :)
