How To Cook The Easiest Tiramisu - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 eggs, with separated yolks from whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 1 1/4 tea cups hot espresso, strong
  • 2 tablespoons Kalua liqueur / or other aromatic liqueur of your choice /
  • 200 grams of cookies / about 30 pieces / or graham crackers
  • cocoa for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for 12 minutes until a thick mixture is obtained.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mascarpone and beat lightly enough to mix.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites in the snow.
  • Add 1/3 of the yolk mixture to the egg whites and stir.
  • Gradually add the remaining amount. Stir again briefly.
  • Mix the coffee and liqueur in a large bowl.
  • Dip 1/2 of the cookies and arrange them on the bottom of a 20 cm square dish.
  • Spread 1/2 of the cream on them.
  • Arrange the remaining cookies on top, which you have previously dipped in the coffee mixture.
  • Spread the remaining cream and lightly flatten with a spoon.
  • Cover the cake with aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Cut the tiramisu, sprinkle with cocoa and serve with a smile!
