Required products :

  • 160 grams of flour
  • 160 grams of self-swelling flour
  • 300 grams of whole yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Stuffing suggestions :

  • spinach, cheese and egg
  • ham, mushrooms and yellow cheese
  • bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella
  • olives, parsley and feta
  • banana and liquid chocolate
  • apple, cinnamon and brown sugar
  • ricotta, honey and cinnamon

Method of preparation :

 

 

  • Mix the ingredients in a large bowl and stir briefly with a wooden spoon.
  • Remove the dough on a well floured surface and use your palms to knead it to a smooth and slightly sticky consistency.
  • Divide into four equal balls and cover with a clean cotton cloth while preparing the desired filling.
  • Roll with a floured rolling pin in a circle about 1 millimeter thick.
  • Distribute the filling in the middle and close the guzlema so that the sides overlap, forming an envelope.
  • Heat a little oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the guzlema with the folded part down and bake until golden brown. Turn and bake on the other side.
  • Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing.
  • Put the gooseberries warm and enjoy them.
