Necessary products:

500 ml of fresh milk

250 ml sour cream

6 eggs

seeds of 1 vanilla pod

300 grams of powdered sugar

200 grams of crumbs from sweets (rolls, cupcakes or other)

350 grams of fresh berries

50 grams of raspberry jam

100 ml peach schnapps (brandy or liqueur)

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

In the warm milk add the vanilla seeds, cream and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with 150 grams of sugar, add the milk mixture and mix with the crumbs.

Pour the pudding into fireproof cups suitable for this purpose. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from oven.

Dilute the jam with a little water and spread in all cups on the pudding. Soak the berries in the schnapps and place them on the jam.

Beat the egg whites to a thick foam with the remaining powdered sugar. Use the mixture to make a "flame" or "tip" on each of the puddings using a syringe.

Put the dessert back in the oven for at least 5-10 minutes (let it bake until it is firm to the touch).

Serve the dessert warm!
