How To Cook Thick Cream Soup With Potatoes And Smoked Ribs - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of potatoes
50 milliliters of oil
2 teaspoons ground red pepper
200 grams of smoked pork ribs
1 onion
2 tablespoons flour
connection fresh parsley
400 grams of sour cream
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the ribs, cut them into pieces and put in a saucepan with water. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.

 

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium cubes, wash well and pour cold water.

 

Then pour them into the bowl with the ribs, add salt and cook (about 20 minutes). Be careful with salt, as the smoke is salty.

 

Fry the finely chopped or grated onion in the oil.


Add the flour and let it fry for literally a few seconds on low heat.


Add the red pepper and stir. Be careful not to burn it.


Immediately add the cream mixed with 500 milliliters of cold water. Stir thoroughly using a wire whisk.

 

Pour the resulting cream combination over the ribs and let the soup boil.


Finally, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
