About the base:
150 grams of shortbread cookies
60 grams of butter
For the stuffing:
600 grams of cream cheese
80 grams of powdered sugar
30 grams of starch
3 eggs
100 grams of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
100 grams of white aero chocolate
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Method of preparation :
Grind the biscuits until crumbly (use a blender for this purpose). Add the melted butter to them. Stir.
Spread the mixture on the bottom of the prepared form and press to the bottom to compress the base.
Take care of the stuffing.
Beat the cream cheese with a blender, add the powdered sugar and eggs one by one without stopping the process. Finally, add the starch and beat again.
Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Dissolve the coffee in 1 tablespoon of water and add to one part, stir.
Mix the second with the melted and slightly cooled white chocolate, also stir.
And combine the third part with cocoa and melted dark chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, place a pot of cold water on the bottom.
Spread the mixture with the dark chocolate in the prepared form with the biscuit base. Put in the oven for 30 minutes. An elastic layer should be obtained.
When you take it out, put a second layer of the combination with white chocolate and bake again for 30 minutes.
The last is the layer of coffee and 30 minutes in the oven.
When you turn it off, open the door and leave the dessert for an hour. Then put in the refrigerator overnight.
