Necessary products

About the base:

150 grams of shortbread cookies
60 grams of butter

For the stuffing:

600 grams of cream cheese
80 grams of powdered sugar
30 grams of starch
3 eggs

 

100 grams of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
100 grams of white aero chocolate
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits until crumbly (use a blender for this purpose). Add the melted butter to them. Stir.
