Required products :
500 grams of zucchini
4 sprigs of parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic
12 eggs
2 sweet red peppers
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
salt to taste

Method of preparation :
Wash the peppers and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. You can cover them with foil. Then put in a plastic bag, let them simmer, peel the skins and remove the seeds. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Heat the remaining fat and fry the zucchini cubes in it for 5 minutes.
Beat the last 4 eggs with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the bowl over the zucchini and after a minute and a half turn on the other side.
Remove, place on the first two egg trays and place the shaped "cake" in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
In 15 minutes the appetizer will be ready. Wait for it to cool a bit, remove from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
